Invoice tab
Your details at the top, bill-to, line items, tax, due date, and a payment note. Fill it in, then print or export a PDF for the client.
Books tab — Paid / Outstanding
A running list of invoices with amount and status. See who is paid and who is still outstanding without opening a separate bookkeeping app.
Clients tab
Names, rates, and last work in one place so last year’s number is not buried in email when you quote the next job.

How it works
- Pay $7 on Stripe. You get the ZIP right after checkout.
- Open the Google Sheet invoice template and use File → Make a copy — or open the Excel file.
- Put your name on the Invoice tab, add the job, send the PDF, then mark it paid on the Books tab.
Questions
Is this a Google Sheet invoice template?
Yes. Copy it into your own Drive. The same workbook also opens in Excel as a small-business bookkeeping spreadsheet.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The invoice pack is $7 once. There is an optional Sheets Vault at $12/month if you later want a rotating set of other templates. You can skip it.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. The download includes a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or upload / copy into Google Sheets.
Will a client take this invoice seriously?
It is a clean one-page invoice: your details, line items, tax, due date, payment note. Enough for a person who pays bills.
Refunds?
Digital download. If the file does not open, email rileycraig14@gmail.com from the Stripe receipt and we send a replacement.
Need more sheets later?
Optional. Sheets Vault is $12/month for extra templates. Ignore it if you only need this invoice.
